Anyone that needs to verify member benefits will need access to this system. To add a new admin go to Profile > Admins > Add (+).
Your Primary Care Members
Each member that has selected your location for primary care can be found under Members on the top menu bar.
Member Status Types
Active (good standing and eligible for benefits)
Enrolled (enrolled and pending active)
Inactive (ineligible for benefits)
Preventive Care included 100%
Only members that have designated your location for primary care should be seen for included preventive care. "Included" means there is no charge for these procedures when performed as part of routine preventive care. The Basic Plan includes one visit and the Enhanced Plan includes two visits.
There is no charge for preventive care at the time of treatment. Preventive care is considered prepaid in the cost of the monthly member subscription that is paid to the primary care provider each month.
Everything Else Discounted
Outside of preventive care, members can choose to see any in-network provider. If a member attempts to schedule an appointment with you and that member is not in your primary care list, simply go to Verify on the top menu bar to enter their personal information and confirm benefits. You will want to make sure benefits are Active.
Fee schedules for each of our two plans can be found under Plan Details and then clicking on either Basic or Enhanced. You can search by Dcode or description within the software. You can also download the full fee schedule in csv format by clicking the ellipsis next to the Filter Procedures field.
The Treatment Calculator is a quick and simple way to show your patients the cost of one or more procedures with a side-by-side comparison of both plan options. From the menu bar click on Plans and choose either plan option. Next, use the search box to find and select the procedure(s) you'd like to calculate.
